Service Overview
To address the needs of families who support family members with disabilities to live at home, we have extended our service to include the provision of Respite for this service user group.
We understand the importance for families who have children and young adults with an intellectual disability and complex needs to have regular and planned breaks in order to allow them to continue their important role in caring for and providing support to their family member on an ongoing basis.
These frequent rest and respite periods sustain families and may avoid a situation where full time residential care is the only option available to the family.
Kildare Respite Care
Ashfield house is a beautiful and spacious five bedroom house located in Rathmuck, Co. Kildare. It is located on large grounds for outdoor activities and is maintained to the highest standards to ensure it is a subline place for service users to engage in respite services.
Ballycumber Cottage
Ballycumber Cottage is a beautiful and cozy three-bedroom Residential Service for Children located in Ballycumber, Tullamore, Co. Offaly. It is located on private grounds and is maintained to the highest standards to ensure it is a welcoming home for our service users.
Pine Lodge
Pine Lodge is a lovely spacious five-bedroom Residential Service for Children located in Allen, Co. Kildare. The property is well contained and has large grounds for outdoor activities and is maintained to the highest standards to ensure it is a wonderful place for our service users to live in.
Corrig Woods
Corrig Woods is a beautiful house in a lush, wooded setting on the outskirts of Portarlington town, Co. Laois. It is a spacious and grand five-bedroom Residential Service for Children with Disabilities. The property has large garden grounds and an outdoor activity space for service users to play.
Millfield House
Millfield House is a beautiful, spacious house in an idyllic countryside setting on the outskirts of Kildangan, Co. Kildare. It is a spacious and grand four-bedroom Residential Service for Children with Disabilities. The property has large garden grounds and an outdoor activity space for service users to play.
Apple Hill
Apple Hill is a beautiful residence set in a peaceful, rural location. Close to Athlone Town and Roscommon Town. It is a spacious, welcoming home designed to provide a Residential Service for Children with Disabilities. The property features large, landscaped garden grounds, as well as an outdoor activity space for service users to enjoy. The entire site is securely fenced and surrounded by scenic greenery, offering a tranquil, safe, and nurturing environment for its residents.
Lime Tree
Lime Tree Lodge is a welcoming 3-bedroom residential service nestled in a Vibrant midlands town. Designed specifically for children with intellectual disabilities, Limetree Lodge offers a nurturing and secure environment where each child can thrive. Surrounded by peaceful, landscaped garden grounds and enhanced with ample outdoor space, the lodge provides a safe and tranquil setting that promotes both relaxation and active play.
Cedar Lodge
Cedar Lodge is a beautiful residence set in a peaceful, rural location in Co. Offaly, close to both Tullamore Town and Athlone Town. It is a spacious, welcoming home designed to provide a Residential Service for Children with Disabilities.
